Important Information

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you consented to the immediate supply of digital credits and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at the time of purchase, your right of withdrawal may have been waived. See our Terms of Service, Section 4.4 for details.
If you have used some credits, the refund will be proportional to the unused credits remaining in your account.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
